Testimony from an expat spouse - Rio

I am sharing here the testimony of an expatriate woman who did a coaching with me in Rio:

“I met Pia when I was an expatriate.

Like many expatriate women, I had quit my job to follow my spouse and I was then toneless in my golden cage.

I think I had never been that close to be on the Brink.

With Pia I have worked on my values; 

I understood that I was very far from myself and how much empty I was.

I felt I was living someone else’s life; I didn’t have emotions anymore.

I really was disconnected from who I am and in danger.

All the areas of my life were collapsing; 

I could well have left everything and everybody behind.

While working with Pia, I step by step became conscious of what I had become. 

I made friend with myself again, 

I could even cry which I hadn’t been able to for months

Today, I am laughing again as well.

I am beginning to build personal projects and not only for my family anymore

I finally feel 

COMPLETE and FREE

Pia really helped me understand myself; 

get out the emotions that were paralyzing me; finally dare to be myself

Several weeks after my coaching process I realize that I still have a path to grow on 

but I mainly see where I come from.

With this coaching, I have reached my aim:focusing on my life and have a professional goal.

I would describe my contacts with Pia as having been honest, true and caring

Pia is simple, she is caring; her questioning is efficient as 

she has relevant questions which each time turned me on my head / moved me as they were deep and so 

obvious at the same time.
