It is about day dreaming. Do you like that ? I do love it! !
Firstly, sit on a chair, back straight, feet flat on the floor.
Get away from any external disrupting source, like other people, telephones...
Keep your eyes open or closed.
"Follow" your breath, only keep your attention on that breath of life that comes into and get out of you. Get along with it.
When you feel your inner rhythm is calm and steady, after more or less two or three breaths, then, begin daydreaming.
Dream that you are in a world where anything is possible. Imagine that there is no limit to what you can achieve. In no way you are stopped by a lack of qualifications, lack of self-confidence, a family obstacle or geographical location or ... Anything that makes you want to say "No! that anyway, is not possible ! ". Put this sentence in the bin, it’s time for daydream !

Note, write, draw, paint, power point, .... Everything that comes to your mind without putting anything aside !
In your dream life, do you lose something important to you ?
If so, this is not yet your ideal life … so … keep dreaming !
A few days later, write down everything that prevents you from realising this dream.
Then, ask yourself how to achieve this dream ?
If your answer is "I do not know" or "but it is not realistic" then you still have beliefs that block your dream ... remember ... EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
Remember that most of our fears are creations of our mind, a moment when a past event and an emotion merged and our brain kept them linked one to the other as a terrible couple. We can carry those couples for very long !
In the "how to achieve my dream" chapter, go into details as much as you can, make this project real.
