Play at being yourself !

BE YOURSELF, EVERYONE ELSE IN TAKEN !

A friend recently sent me a long e-mail that ended with this sentence that made me laugh so much !

Humor is always my preference !

The evidence of this affirmation is striking for its simplicity and lightness

What does it tell us ?

Something like

It is useless to act, think like someone else (neighbour, life partner, parents . . . ) without having used before one's personal filter that is composed of

our own values ​​and our own beliefs (to be dusted regularly, remember !)

What does scare us when we are not ourself;

To be unloved ?

To be unaccepted ?

Not have as much capacity than the other to make a valid opinion ?

Who thinks that, apart from ourselves ?

Who or what encourages us to believe such a thing ?

In pushing thoughts with changing the angles of reasoning

we can quickly realise that we have built an image of ourselves

by choosing to retain only certain facts, rather than others

Abandon fear and chose love. . . of yourself

Here is a reaction that is always surprising, have you ever noticed that,
when you give others a trait of your personality;

these same people later will expect you to react the same way;

We humans are terribly conventional and 

it is more natural to maintain similarities than putting in place what is different

This can be a powerful resource ! You can play with it !

You can invent new ways to be or do !

Be courageous, particularly honest, stand up for yourself . . .

Those around you won't expect anything else from you;

They won't consider anything else from what give them to experiment

So choose a way of being and experiment ! Games are not over !
