A little man who takes his time !
This morning I was going through different thoughts with delectation and I was wondering which one I would decide to share with you
As usual, the one appeared with assurance
TIME
This is also the whole idea of my blog, let's give us time ! Let's offer us this fabulous present to have time for us
This is a mad project !
Impossible ?
Time ? What time ? some of us will say !
Impossible ?
Time ? What time ? some of us will say !
Between work, house, children . . . How can we find time ?
It is with a smile full of kindness that I would begin to answer you and then I would be very tempted to say . . . nothing
just breathe very deeply closing my eyes for stopping my internal clock and then, we could begin to seriously think about taking some time for us

I am like anybody and maybe actually a few of you share with me that so tiring tendancy, even though very helpful at times, to be an hyper active
Tiring for us, tiring for people around us
Lots of societies have renounced to live following our animal day/night rythm; we have discovered so many advantages of it
It is now about re-centering ourselves and thinking about what is important for us
Let's stop doing for allowing us to
BE
This morning I was writing a comment in a newspaper which had an article on that very subject and I was saying that stopping the clock for a while has to be a choice like any chosen change. It is about committing to it and feeling what good will come out of this choice
I find a similarity with detoxification from alcohol or any drug with the physical and moral pain that goes with it, as the brain is lacking its inputs

I remember someone telling me " I would love practising a sport, but I don't have time !" to what I answered "You are the one deciding on your time" followed by a pretty agressive suggestion I had asked for, being slightly provacative
Agession is a sign of fear, unease, nothing else but that
Another time, another person, she was raising her two children by herself, found time to do a professional training, far from her house, despite the very clear organisation difficulties
What I mean is that we can manage our time, depending on what we decide to do of it
Do you know that a majority of us are sleep depraved, a majority of us do not manage their sleeping time nor their eating time
Even though sleeping and eating are basic animal needs, lack of which lead to serious very practical consequences
I suggest you give yourself one hour tomorrow ( How nice of me ! I let you time to be organised !)
Decide on a realistic moment ( eg, not when you are working, or when you have supper or during children's homework if you have a family . . . )
How about before going to bed ? Choose something you like; reading, having a bath, treat your body, or just lying down and letting one single thought wandering in your mind
I wish you a very sweet one-hour gift
Let's repeat it !
Your choice ! ;o)
