And reconcile our being from our current time,

I personally was particularly struck by the notion of space.
The indispensable space for being in happiness
To be in a state of love, for self and others
Space for oneself and space for those we love.
The concept of continuous relationship with the child we were;
knowing he is still present in us,
listening to him is essential to respect oneself and be in touch with our truth.
This point is for me an essential truth , simply because I have experienced it in a moment of acute vulnerability : the death of my mother.
At this time, I found myself, regardless of my will, in a modified state of consciousness where me as a child was there with me as an adult.

This experience in me (mind and body ) has been
independent of any temporal notion
and bathed in a complete sensory world.
