Balance

I was looking at this video (link below) and instantly appeared the word – balance - in my mind.

Obviously.

You also could have – concentration -, as the title of the video states, you may think of – will –

-  connection – and probably others for you;

The construction that this lady makes with all those wood / bamboo sticks is for me a beautiful metaphor of life. 

It reminds me of an exercise that my clients very rarely miss getting; it is called the wheel of life .

The idea being that our life is built with different domains (the pieces of wood in the video), like

‘work’, health’, ‘family’, love’, ‘spirituality’ . . .

All those life domains are, at every second of your life, from the beginning of your life to the end, linked with each other.

Not one is changing / moving on independently.

Every time you change something in one of your life domain, all the others are being affected.

It is a holistic process.

This is a normal way to work with a life coaching process;

The conscious expressed issue may be around work for example,

Rapidly, we may feel there is a need to work around self-confidence. 

Once worked around it, the work questions clarify with no specific work;

No magic recipe here (I do not believe in magical recipe); once you have make a shift in one domain, you have changed your life position; then, you naturally perceive your issues with new eyes and new options;

Yourself as a whole experiences the shift;

All is balanced
