How can we feel better ?
Give yourself a time to fill in with an
activity that you like, that rewards you with an immense pleasure
Careful for those of you who are used to be
available for others, I am talking there about an activity that is just for
yourself
I can remember some of my client’s testimonies:
writing, reading, running, swimming, gardening . .
Whatever this activity is:
It can be something
that you had discovered during your childhood, or before you get engaged, B.C.:
Before Children, or even something you have discovered a few days ago !
How can you know that is bounces pleasure back
on you ?
Think about one particular thing you have really liked doing.
Mentally
dive in this moment to remember exactly what happened.
Do that for a few
activities, may be two or three.
Maybe you can feel a difference in you while
remembering:
a deeper and more calm breathing, a smile on your lips, you feel
like laughing, a pain that disappeared, new ideas, a new energy . . .
Do organize that ‘my time’ place in your agenda
. . .
You will get many benefits from it !
Have FUN ! !
