We all need calmness
IIt may be that your breathing spontaneously become faster or slower, deeper or more superficial, or even stops for a little whileObserve the changes, simply; do not try to change it f your attention goes away from your breath because you've percieved something, a sound or a motion, a light or a smell . . gently bring your awareness back on your breathing

This is about
Self refueling ! (I have no idea if this term does exist in English !) (I guess you can understand it !)
No doubt you've noticed that it is a tool I use in my coaching work,
It seems a simple necessity when we want to make choices, to achieve a project
Why?
Because filling ourself with nothing else than who we are, slowing down our lifestyles, our rhythms of thoughts, our whole biological rhythms
BE and no longer do
Brings us back to our very enssential, to who we are
To our inner beauty without worrying about the 'why' and 'Because'
Meditating or Going back to who we are
Concentrate on one thing, without forcing, so as to create a space of less control in your mind that will help calmness to grow
