Life coaching, a very practical approach

This profession that I choose three years ago, has an aspect that I like enormously

Its approach is very practical

It is also rich in so many other aspects, but let's concentrate on this one today

In a coaching process, we do simplify the initial equation

We clarifiy a goal, we decide on actions, we evaluate the actions regularly to ensure that we remain on the path that will lead us to our chosen destination

Unsatisfied? We find a new way

Satisfied? Let's continues

Etc.. . .

Part of my job consists on framing the trajectory, to prevent dispersion

A new idea  flows ? We take it into account and we "weight" it, deciding if you keep it or if it will remain an idea for this time

But my role as coach is also to open,

provoking the mind so it does not restrict itself to its limits built over the years 

Coaching can sometimes be uncomfortable by the provocation of the mind, but it

thanks to this that you find the right track for you !

The contract between coach and client is both firm and flexible: everyone knows where they go and how fast
