The ability to adapt to a new situation, a new event

Mammals are pretty good at it and we are mammals

Adapting allows us to continue to advance and to avoid suffer

Whether in a professional or a personal domain, we regularly have to adapt our minds and/or behaviours

But

How far ?

Yes, how far it is profitable for us to adapt ?

How far do we push our limits ?

Where is it healthier to stop, for our physical and moral health ?

Whatever the field under consideration !

What am I ready to accept with the condition that this does not put myself in danger ?

This question / reflection is very important

Taking the necessary time to think and choose where we decide to stop. . . despite the external pressure
