One tool I feel like sharing today;

When you feel low;

When you feel unclear;

You can find help with someone you know can help you, because you feel they are

stronger;

love you unconditionally

always have a wise look at things

trust you are able to make it

full of energy and idea

. . .

whether it is a real person, alive or dead or an imaginary person , it doesn 't matter.

Write to them

Talk to them

Think about them

Make them be in your life at that very moment you need them

Connect with them as strongly as you can

tell them all about your issue and your doubts and everything which is heavy in your heart and soul

you already know what they would say to you

how about listing to them, this time again ?
