How about being your best friend ?

It ‘only’ takes to be honest in recognising truly what you are feeling

Your inner voice tells you a lot, sometimes for the best, sometimes for the worst:

“Are you mad or what ? you will never be able to . . .”

Or

“Have a go ! It’s so good !”

If you can listen to it and use it for the best use, it is giving you so much help.

How long have you been accepting going on without listening to your inner self 
that keeps telling you

‘There is something wrong going on here for me’

It may be time to listen to it ?

Then you can decide if you want to take action now to change the situation . . . or not yet

If not yet, and if you keep yourself in a bad, sometimes destructive situation, it may be worth for you to have a clear aim and timeline to stop it. 

This is good neither for you nor for the people around you.

Listening to our inner voice is a habit that can be learned. 

It is about practicing, yes !

It is about being aware of what is going on inside you, the changes of your emotions through you: 

spirit and body.
