The most important is the progression.

Define two objectives to stay focused

Do consider both the practical aspects and the emotional aspect of your quest

One practical aim: what you want to reach

AND

One emotional aim: in which emotional state do you want to be at the end of your quest ?

Question yourself 

to clarify your abilities and your motivation

What was your dream when you were a child ?

What give you pleasure in life ?

Let’s imagine you have to count your days, what is the most important to you ?

What is your worst memory ?

Identify your blockages 

to build your project with a solid foundation

What are you afraid of ? Failure ? someone ? . . .

Do you feel guilt?

Difficulty to make a choice ? Therefore to renounce

Are you connected with your own desire or the desire of somebody else ?

Action time !

Take action, build an action plan considering : who/what/when/how/where

Now, do not forget to take your time ! 

as rushing will lead you to square 1 with the addition of the big frustration

Moving on is also accepting that  the progression of your quest  is not a straight fast way. Side roads,  cul-de-sac, navigation ‘errors’ are part of the game.

Do allow your project time to find its place in you, let all the information decant quietly, they are affecting you and you need time to process everything;

No judgment, no justification: keep that rule or you miss the point !
