Perfect synchronisation !

In Neurolinguistic Programming, (technics among others that studies and describes the characteristics of efficient communicators) we speak about synchronisation

Synchronisation is a process that allows to be in close contact with one's interlocutor​​ at conscious and unconscious levels.

Bodies express messages in a similar way, creating an environment of very strong acceptance, recognition, trust; messages go through quickly, accurately, with no misunderstanding

 Synchronisation is obvious and natural in certain situations, the most obvious being when at least one of the interlocutors has the intention of approximation oh his/her universe with the universe of the other person.

Such a situation is found naturally in a relationship of friendship and love

We can then observe a really important similar gesture

To improve the communication with someone, we can "go and meet the universe of the other" through this technique; join them voluntarily in the non verbal world

provided you do it with finesse, without manipulation, in respect of yourself and the other

This is an observation point that absolutely says nothing about the overall relationship between the people;

Taking the other side of this technique, you can enjoy noticing the people around you who are not in phase, they will have very different body langages ! 

Again, this is valid only at the time of your observation!

We should remember that about 90% (figures vary slightly) of the communication is nonverbal !
