Positive approach via a coaching process

Coaching is an active, realistic and positive approach of a given problem 

The notion of failure has no place in a coaching process

If a chosen option is not the one that correspond to the desired optimal solution at a specific moment, then that we can learn from this reality and work on another option, simply 

 I remember one client telling me that I am an endless optimistic person, it is true that I consider more naurally events in their positive aspects, and it is a trait that helps me when working with a client

We all operate much better and longer in an environment that is agreable and supportive;

Volontarily considering a problem choosing its positive aspects has the great advantage of maintaining a significant level of energy;

and we need energy on a daily basis to keep going when life is good with us and even more when it is not

The voluntary choice of positivism is not about refusing to recognise the seriousness of an events, but rather the desire to maintain intact our ability to think and work

Remember a moment, an event that you remember because of  its difficult aspects; 

Now, look what this event brought you, what you learned through it, how it helped you, despite its painful reality, to discover something new
