A beautiful beach in Charentes Maritimes during this pretty cold French winter !
Being an expatriate is sometimes being charmed, dizzy, exalted . . .
It is not through eternal routine that we invent or move on
We need fresh air to be inspired ! We need inputs and novelties
We do not create from nothing, you do not build anything from what has been rehashed
We all need to be stimulated to create a spark, a new idea, a new desire, a new life!
Sometimes everything becomes different: language, daily rhythm, continent, food, health system, ways of greeting, social conceptions. . .
We have to get out of our comfort zone !
If this is sometimes accompanied by uneasy moments and a required "warm-up time", we can always get rich discoveries that expand our inner world!
Landscapes, new people, work opportunities, health care, cultural discoveries, etc. ... etc. ...
I think that this plays a big positive part in the expatriation game; finding oneself at an accelerated pace facing particularly challenging and rich changes !
We all can choose what to do of this time!
