Here is a powerful way to be anchored in the present



I am thinking of relaxation and meditation

For those who have never tried, relaxation and meditation may seem sometimes weird, complicated or of a difficult access
Those two activities don't belong to any particular type of person. No need to be mystical or hermit, entrenched in a spiritual world far from reality. Not at all.

I have already offered relaxation during a coaching process to people who hadn't tried it before. I have only had very enthusiastic answers
Relaxation and meditation allow to be totally with the present letting go of the performances and/or social requirements. Links with other people aren't there anymore

It is also the possibility to BE, without feeling the gravity of your body, reaching another state, another self dimension
The impact on the body and on the mind is important; these are techniques that help fighting stress and reinforce energy; that can help you face social, family or work stress . . .
The benefits are big for keeping a healthy mind and so a healthy body as well

As usual, if you do it regularly, it will become easier to let go of all the requirements you feel you have

Before begining, make sure you have a space where you can be alone, with no risk to be interrupted during your relaxation or meditation. e.g. telephone, mobile/cell, clock, etc . . .
